EphLink: A New Mentorship Program for Williams!

The ’68 Center for Career Exploration announces the implementation of an innovative mentoring program, EphLink, which provides a more structured and convenient way for students and alumni to build meaningful relationships. EphLink allows students to connect with alumni for a wide range of mentoring activities like quick questions via email, phone or video conversations, and/or long term mentoring. Mentees search for mentors through a broad range of criteria including industry and demographic information, as well as specific help topics that alumni select at registration.
